Customization process, what do customers need to know?

The customizatiom process can be roughly devided into the following 5 parts

.

1. We need customer' er product sample, customer' er drowing (3D) and design requirements. If you want to custom the claer plastic box, Plastic Cake Box, Blister Tray and clamshell blister pacakigng, you just tell us your size ( L*W*H) and quanlity you want.

2. Customers need to tell us the quantity of product you need, because our blister packging offers are all based on customer' er product size and quantity. Then confirm the order after negotiating the price.

3. Customers need to pay for the goods after confirming the order. And then we start to make molds ( selecte the molds have plaster mold/ electroplating copper mold/ aluminum mold) and samples (QC samples) for customers to confirm, and the confirmation process also inclades modifying the molds and then confirming again to make the mass products.

4. Making the mass products before, sample approval and selecte material (PP/ PS/ PVC/ PET material)
