How to choose a suitable thickness for blister packaging?

First of all, Blister Packaging thickness is divided into two thicknesses:

1.plastic blister packaging raw material thickness , which is what we call the thickness of materials ,such as PET, PVC, PP, and PS.

2.The other is the thickness of plastic blister packaging products, which is the thickness of a complete blister packaging.

It is different between the raw material thickness and plastic blister packaging products thickness .Since the thermoforming is a producing process of blister packaging, in the molding process, when the plastic sheet is stretched, the thickness of the finished plastic blister packaging will be less than the thickness of the plastic sheet. So the thickness will also influence the price of blister packaging.

How to determine the thickness of the blister packaging?

1. According to customer prodduct's structure,size and the weight ,we will choose the suitable thickness for blister packaging ,generally the thickness is 0.25-1 mm

2.According to customer's requirements choose the thickness (such as sales quantity and budget)

3.If customer have the blister packaging samples ,we can make the thickness according to customer sample's thickness,we will measuring instrument to measure the thickness of the sample.
