Blister packaging :Thickness of finished product and material

When we design blister pacakging ,no matter Slide blister pack ,Blister Insert Tray and clamshell blister pacakging ,we usually discuss the thickness of the blister with our customers ,at this time ,we are talking about the thickness of the raw material we use when we produce the blister packaging ,not the thickness of the finished blister .For example ,we told the customer to use 0.5mm PET to produce the goods ,then at this time ,we refer to the thickness of the raw material .

Because the thickness of each place is uneven after heating and streching ,there is no way to unify the empirical stanard for the thickness after molding ,so generally we said the thickness is the raw material thickness .

Before mass production ,we will make samples for customer check ,if customers are not satisfied with the thickness ,we can modify the thickness according to customer requirements.
