Q1: What material did you use?
A1: For transparent Plastic clamshell packaging, our materials are generally PET and PVC. PET has good hardness, strong transparency, and is more environmentally friendly

Q2: What is the thickness?
A2: General thickness 0.4-0.8mm is enough, we will choose the best thickness according to the size of customer's Clamshell Blister Packaging. Of course, we can also help design Plastic Clamshell Packaging.
Q3: What is the mold fee and why do you need to charge the mold fee?
A3: For the first mass production, we need to open a new mold to produce plastic clamshell packaging, the mold is the beginning, we cannot start production without the mold.

The mold fee is once charge fee, we do not charge the mold fee when you place an order next time (if the size and shape are not changed), but if you need to change the size, shape, we need to open a new mold.

Q4: What is the difference between sample fee and mold fee?

A4:Sample fee is for the sample,as we know ,before mass production,we need some samples to check the details ,such as size ,thickness ,buckles etc.So the sample fee is for the single sample.After confirm the samples ,we will start mass production ,and we will arrange a row of molds .

Q4: How to close the plastic clamshell packaging?
A4:We will design the buckle on the edge of the clamshell packaging ,in this way ,we can close it tightly.
