What is the demold slope of plastic blister packaging ?

In order to be able to release the mold smoothly , the side of the blister packaging mold must have a certain inclination. The inclination of the Blister Packaging mold side in the demolding direction is called the demolding slope. The greater the slope of the mold release, the faster the mold release, the shorter the molding cycle, and the smaller the possibility of product deformation in the process of mold release, the slope of the mold release is generally greater than 1 degree. Of course, there are also enterprises after years of research and development, has broken through the 0 degree demoulding blistering technical problems, for the application of blistering products to open up a new direction.

So when we design and produce the blister packaging ,we will design the demolding slope ,without demolding slop ,it's difficuit to produce beautiful blister packaging (Plastic clamshell packaging and blister trayy are both required).
